AUSTRALIA

Free Domestic Shipping over $100 AUD

Domestic parcels are shipped via Australia Post

Standard shipping takes Approx 4 - 9 business days

Express Shipping takes Approx 2 to 5 days depending on location

INTERNATIONAL

Free Standard Shipping over orders of $150 AUD

Free Express Shipping over orders of $250 AUD

Parcels are shipped using Australia International Post.

*** Upon arrival into the country of destination the parcel will be delivered with the local national postal service of the destination. 

You can use the same tracking number as sent in your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hrs of receiving order ( Including Express Items). *** This does not apply to orders with a Pre Order Item ***

2. The delivery times provided are estimates only.

3. Please ensure a street address and phone number is supplied.

4. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address and ensure your unit number is included if applicable.

5. Rhodin Collection can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

6. If your parcel is returned to us due to insufficient address details you will be responsible for the return postage to your correct address.

7. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details if you contact us within 12 hours of your order, however some orders cannot be adjusted.

8. In the case that your order is already processed you will need to contact the delivery service to update / redirect.

PREORDERS

A Pre Order means you have the first opportunity to purchase the product before anyone else. We offer Pre Order when we are are producing/manufacturing a best selling item that has sold out.

These items will be shipped as soon as we take receipt from our manufacturer. If you have also ordered other items that are in stock - these will be shipped to you with your preorder. We cannot unfortunately send two different shipments.

Authority to Leave

Products are shipped with the authority to leave if you're not home (ATL). This means if you miss the delivery your order will be left in a secure location at your address. If the delivery driver deems a location as non-secure your order will be redelivered the following day or sent to the nearest postal facility.

Our delivery service runs Monday to Friday.

Rhodin Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

International Import Taxes - Particularly if you reside in the EU

We do not cover Import Taxes into the Destination Country and all parcels are counted as ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid’ (or DDU), which means that the receiver has to pay for any potential duties or charges associated with the parcel.

For International Shipping we will use Australia Post.

Once your order arrives into your country of delivery - it will be handed over to your Postal Service. You will need to take your Tracking Number and enter this into the local Postal Service online tracker.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

please take care to follow the below requirements:

1. RETURNS We can only accept returns under these conditions:

FAULTY PRODUCT

If you have been sent a proven faulty product you need to notify us via customer@rhodincollection.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

Please include your order number & the evidence of proven fault

We will reimburse return shipping - Standard shipping plus bag $9 AUD unless stated otherwise.

2. RETURNS for REFUND

If you receive your items and you wish to return due to change of mind - they will need to be returned unworn and in the same condition as received 14 days from the day of receipt of item 

If returning from outside Australia ( International) we request these items to be returned within 21 days of the receipt of the item.

Please email the team at customer@rhodincollection.com to advise of your decision to return the items.

Upon receipt of your returned item's our team will inspect for evidence of being worn before we deem available to receive refund.

You will receive an email confirmation that you refund has been processed.

3. JEWELLERY:

We will only accept faulty items and cannot accept Jewellery that have been worn or tried on due to health regulations

We advise due to the nature of our fashion jewellery - please try to keep away from perfumes, hairsprays and keep dry.

Metal can tarnish when in contact with these and also daily wear and tear can change the colour of the metal/beads used in each piece. This can also be dependant on the wearers skin receptiveness to certain metals.

We use plated stainless steel in our jewellery items.

4. EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another style - we can organise this within 7 - 14 days of receipt of your item (within Australia)

You will need to cover the return postage ( to & from) of item and we will send you your new style.

AFTER 14 DAYS or receipt all orders are final and non refundable, unless the item is proven faulty, and the consumer has followed the above requirements.

5. ON SALE

ALL ON SALE, EOFY SALE, STOCKTAKE SALE and DISCOUNTED ITEMS are Deemed Final Sale and cannot be returned. Please take care when making your purchase.
