AUSTRALIA

Free standard shipping for orders over $100 AUD

Free express shipping for orders over $150 AUD

If under $100 AUD the following fees apply:

Standard shipping offered for $8.99 AUD

Express shipping offered for $14.99 AUD

Domestic parcels are shipped via our logistics partner Australia Post

Delivery Times

Standard shipping takes approx  5 - 9 business days

Express Shipping expect approx 2 to 4 days  - dependant on location

 

NEW ZEALAND

Free standard shipping for orders over $120 AUD

Free express shipping for orders over $150 AUD

If under $120 AUD the following fees apply:

Standard shipping offered for $14 AUD

Express shipping offered for $24 AUD

Domestic parcels are shipped via our logistics partner Australia Post

Standard shipping  approx takes 5 - 9 business days

Express Shipping expect 3 to 5 days - there may be delays with express shipping out of our control.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Free Standard Shipping over orders of $150 AUD

Free Express Shipping over orders of $250 AUD

Parcels are shipped using Australia International Post.

Upon arrival into the country of destination the parcel will be delivered with the local national postal service of the destination. ie if you are in the USA it will be delivered with USPS

There will be times where the local postal service will be unable to deliver to your home address and will leave a note card to pick up at your local post office.

If your order is delayed and you are using your tracking information please contact your local post office to receive updated information or click on the link provided to you with your tracking number.

SPECIAL NOTE: You can use the same tracking number as sent in your shipping confirmation email with your local country carrier.

ie if your country is USA - the parcel will be handed over to USPS ( you can place your tracking number into the USPS tracking tool)

SHIPPING POLICY - ALL ORDERS

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hrs of receiving order ( Including Express Items).

( Express Items are not given preference in the QUEUE as all orders are processed in the order they are received in)

( Express postage simply means you will receive your order in a faster manner than those who have attached standard shipping to their order)

The delivery times provided are estimates only.

CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS

Please ensure a correct street address and phone number is supplied.

Ensure these items are also included if applicable:

Unit Number, Block Number, Access code if required, Business Name, Floor Number, Office Number

Rhodin will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

If your parcel is returned to us due to insufficient address details you will be responsible for the return postage to your correct address.

We will not offer to refund this item and instead will provide you with a discounted shipping option.

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details if you contact us within 12 hours of your order, however some orders cannot be adjusted.

In the case that your order is processed you will need to contact the delivery service to update / redirect where possible.

PREORDERS

These items will be shipped as soon as we take receipt from our manufacturer. If you have also ordered other items that are in stock - these will be shipped to you with your preorder. We cannot unfortunately send two different shipments.

Products are shipped with the authority to leave if you're not home (ATL). This means if you miss the delivery your order will be left in a secure location at your address. If the delivery driver deems a location as non-secure your order will be redelivered the following day or sent to the nearest postal facility.

Our delivery service runs Monday to Friday, Rhodin Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

IMPORT TAXES

We do not cover Import Taxes into the Destination Country and all parcels are counted as ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid’ (or DDU), which means that the receiver has to pay for any potential duties or charges associated with the parcel.

Please ensure you are checking the shipping number sent to you via email. Please mark rhodin collection emails as safe so they do not end up in your junk mail.
