Refund policy

1.0 WARRANTY

rhodin. sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from date of purchase. Coverage is only with proof of purchase.

The warranty is valid only for goods that are purchased new and does not cover damage caused by general wear & tear, abuse* or mishandling.

MAJOR SALES

* Please note any pieces purchased during a major sale period eg 30%, 50% off etc are not eligible for refund or exchange unless proven faulty upon receipt *

Return Shipment ( to & from) of exchanged designs will be born by the customer.

SAMPLES & SECONDS PURCHASES  - The warranty does not apply to those sunglasses deemed samples or seconds in the product name or description.

* includes sunglasses left in extreme heat temperatures within confined spaces where warping and detachment can occur. sunglasses should always be stored in the protective case provided at time of purchase.

Warranty claims must be submitted at the purchaser's expense by returning the goods to rhodin.

2.0 rhodin. will replace faulty frames that are covered by our 6 month warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies of the purchaser under the laws in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates. This warranty replacement can only be exercised once unless there is major manufacturing fault proved with evidence.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3.0 ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 30 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

4.0 PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices displayed on the Rhodin Collection site are stated in $AUD incl. GST and any other applicable Australian taxes.

5.0 ORDER FULFILMENT

Orders are processed as soon as you confirm payment, Monday to Fridays, excluding holidays. If you have ordered an item that is not available, we will notify you via email or telephone.

6.0 PRE - ORDER

Some of our stock may be on "PRE-ORDER" this means that we are in final production of our stock at the time of purchase or we are offering the stock to our VIP clients who choose to purchase before the official launch date.

We will ship Pre Orders as soon as possible or the date will be provided ( via email) as to when shipping will commence.

7.0 RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES

please take care to follow the below requirements:

7.1 RETURNS We can only accept returns under these conditions:

FAULTY PRODUCT

If you have been sent a proven faulty product you need to notify us via customer@rhodincollection.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

Please include your order number & the evidence of proven fault

We will reimburse return shipping - Standard shipping plus bag $9 AUD unless stated otherwise.

7.2 RETURNS for REFUND

If you receive your items and you wish to return due to change of mind - they will need to be returned unworn and in the same condition as received 14 days from the day of receipt of item 

If returning from outside Australia ( International) we request these items to be returned within 21 days of the receipt of the item.

Please email the team at customer@rhodincollection.com to advise of your decision to return the items.

Upon receipt of your returned item's our team will inspect for evidence of being worn before we deem available to receive refund.

If traces of makeup or any type of print on the designs are witnessed upon receipt back to our studio - refunds will not be provided.

You will receive an email confirmation that you refund has been processed.

7.3 JEWELLERY:

We will only accept faulty items and cannot accept Jewellery that have been worn or tried on due to health regulations

We advise due to the nature of our fashion jewellery - please try to keep away from perfumes, hairsprays and keep dry.

Metal can tarnish when in contact with these and also daily wear and tear can change the colour of the metal/beads used in each piece. This can also be dependant on the wearers skin receptiveness to certain metals.

We use plated stainless steel in our jewellery items.

7.4 EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another style - we can organise this within 7 - 14 days of receipt of your item (within Australia)

You will need to cover the return postage ( to & from) of item and we will send you your new style.

AFTER 14 DAYS or receipt all orders are final and non refundable, unless the item is proven faulty, and the consumer has followed the above requirements.

ALL ON SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL and cannot be returned.


8.0 Care for your shades

Our fashion sunglasses are made from PC ( Polycarbonate) and some designs are made from Acetate.

If you live in a hot climate where temperatures reach 41 + degrees do not leave in hot sun for hours as the sunglass will become very hot and can slightly change shape.

Extreme Heat can also have an effect on the specialised coating on the lenses of our sunglasses. We recommend you keep your sunglasses in their protective house and away from heat.

If you also wear these frames in seawater or chlorinated pools - this can effect the structure of the special lenses we use.  We recommend you dry them and keep them in their protective pouch.

9.0 European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
